They must provide a script, film funding, cast, equipment, directors, producers etc. They have a very important role as they must bring everything together to make a film happen as they are in charge of the production of the film. The role of distribution companies comes when the film is entirely finished. They are given the film and it is there role to market the film and distribute it to the world. They must advertise the films on buses, tv adverts, newspapers etc. They have a lot of responsibility as they have to make films popular and noticed and its there job to get the bums on seats for the films they distribute.

Revolver entertainment is a Uk distribution company. They distribute Uk blockbusters all over Great Britain. Revolver Entertainment specialise in youth entertainment and in this category they have had great blockbusters such as The Offender, Kidulthood, Anuvahood, Ill manors and many more. They're in-house production company Gunslinger is a company made by the Revolver group. Gunslinger has made blockbuster youth films and has given revolver a good reputation for outstanding youth films.
